Well, the boys did brilliantly and it certainly was a very tough 24 hours.
Mark came in 18th and Graham finished in 9th in the solo category. Brilliant results despite being beset by mechanical problems and having to resort to starjumps to keep the blood flowing between laps!
Quote of the race was... "ugh... the bike's just destroyed themselves overnight... it was f*****g nightmarish". Yeah yeah, whatever. We all know they'll be back next year.
Well done guys, and well done to everyone who completed the whole 24 hours.

Bikegoo riders face the Strathpuffer 24
Hi Folks,
Happy new year to you all.
So, we're into 2011 and the first major 24 hour mountain bike event of the year has arrived. Oh yes, its Strathpuffer time again and it always promises thrills and spills galore.
For those who have never heard of it before, the Strathpuffer 24 is possibly the toughest 24 hour mountain bike race in the UK and runs from 15th-16th Jan in Strathpeffer, in deepest darkest Scotland. Graham and Mark our two Northern riders are heading up there to fly the flag for Bikegoo.
We'll be keeping an eye on things and posting updates on their progress and general goings on via our Twitter feed (www.twitter.com/bikegoo) . So if you are interested in how the boys are getting on keep an eye on our Tweets!
Lets hope they can deal with the cold, avoid mechanical problems and produce some cracking results!
Good luck lads!
